At Mindfields, we are looking for an AI & Intelligent Automation Developer who combines strong software development skills with knowledge of AI, Agentic AI and modern automation technologies.

You will design and build AI-powered solutions using LLMs, AI agents builders and Microsoft Power Platform. The role is suited to a developer who is comfortable experimenting with emerging technologies and turning AI concepts into practical business solutions.

We believe the following skills will help you be successful:

Technical Competencies (Mandatory)

- Proficiency in software development and AI-assisted / vibe coding, with the ability to rapidly prototype and develop solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Python
- Practical experience of AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts, including LLMs, MCP, Prompt Engineering and AI agents.
- Expertise in building or integrating AI-powered applications and workflows.




- Deep understanding in API- based integrations, including REST APIs, webhooks, and enterprise system integrations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate.
- Experience with programming/scripting languages such as JavaScript, C#, Java or VB.NET will be an advantage.

Good to have (Optional):

· Exposure to RPA platforms such as UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere.

· Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other enterprise AI copilots.

· Experience working with Anthropic Claude / Claude-based applications.

Professional Skills:

- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to develop clear, structured, and comprehensive documentation.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements and priorities.

Experience:

- Overall work experience of 3–7 years, in software development, automation, AI or related technology roles.
- Experience working in Agile/project-based delivery environments.
- Exposure to global clients or consulting environments will be preferred.

Qualification





- Master’s / bachelor's degree in engineering/ computer science or related discipline
- Microsoft PL-500 – Power Automate RPA Developer certification.

· Anthropic Claude Certified Developer certification is a plus. This is what you will do:

- Build AI and Agentic AI solutions for real-world business use cases.
- Develop intelligent workflows using emerging technologies
- Leverage LLMs and AI agents to enhance traditional automation approaches.
- Rapidly prototype solutions using vibe coding and AI-assisted development.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs and automation platforms.
- Assess when to use AI, RPA, workflow automation or a combination of technologies.
- Support testing, deployment, documentation and continuous improvement of solutions.
