Job Title: SAP PP/PM Functional Consultant (Mid-Junior)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an SAP PP Functional Consultant with 3–5 years of experience in SAP ECC or S4 HANA. The role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Production Planning (PP) ) module, ensuring smooth integration and business alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in SAP PP project activities including implementation, rollout, and support
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and assist in solution design and blueprinting
- Configure and customize SAP PP functionalities to meet business needs
- Provide ongoing support and resolve issues using ticketing tools like ServiceNow in adherence to SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless SAP module integration
- Execute test scripts, manage defect resolution, and support data migration activities
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for developments
- Utilize CHARMs for change management and ensure compliance with project standards
- Deliver end-user training and provide functional support
- Stay updated with SAP advancements, especially in S/4HANA and Fiori applications
- Support basic QM processes such as inspection lots, notifications, MICs, and result recording
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Efficient resolution of support tickets within defined SLAs / Timely and successful delivery of implementation or roll-out tasks
- Accuracy and completeness of configurations and documentation
- Quality of collaboration with ABAP, business, and cross-functional teams
- Proactive issue identification and ownership of end-to-end solutions
- Continuous learning and application of S/4HANA and Fiori innovations
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering,
Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- SAP S/4HANA certification preferred
Other Skills & Competencies:
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of SAP PP processes (Discrete & REM)
- Experience in SAP PP configurations and custom developments
- Familiarity with CHARMs and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Deep knowledge of SAP PP master data, MRP, confirmations, printing, and reporting
- Exposure to MES and third-party system integrations
- Hands-on experience with QM processes
- Positive to have knowledge of APO & PPDS or IBP.
- Working knowledge of S/4HANA and Fiori applications
