SAP Technical Knowledge

- Ability to prepare Functional Specifications for custom developments.
- Knowledge of User Exits, BADIs, Enhancement Framework, and BRF+.
- Ability to analyze IDocs and interface-related issues.
- Basic debugging knowledge to support issue analysis.
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications related to Settlement Management.

Project Experience

- At least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation involving CCM/Settlement Management.
- Experience in production support, enhancements, and change requests.
- Exposure to global support environments.

Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP Condition Contract Management (CCM).
- Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Configure settlement processes, accruals, and rebate scenarios.




- Support incident resolution and root cause analysis.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers.
- Perform testing (Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT).
- Work closely with business users and cross-functional teams.
- Support deployment, hypercare, and production stabilization.

Preferred Skills

- SAP S/4HANA Settlement Management.
- Experience with global rebate programs.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and ServiceNow/Jira.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
