Role

We are looking for an MBBS Consulting Physician to conduct one-on-one teleconsultations with members after their blood tests and health assessments. You will review results alongside medical history and lifestyle inputs, explain findings in simple language, identify anything requiring medical attention, and guide members towards appropriate next steps.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct scheduled teleconsultations to discuss blood test results, anthropometry, blood pressure and lifestyle assessments.
- Explain findings in straightforward, non-alarming language.
- Take focused medical, medication, family history and lifestyle inputs.
- Interpret results in context and avoid over-medicalising borderline values.
- Review Clinical Flags and act on critical/out-of-range values appropriately.
- Refer members for specialist consultation, confirmatory/repeat testing where required.
- Guide members on priority lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, activity and stress actions.
- Recommend re-testing intervals and follow-up consultations.
- Maintain accurate consultation records and follow Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020.
- Follow member consent, identification, documentation and confidentiality requirements.




- Provide clinical feedback to improve reports, flag thresholds and recommendation logic.

Requirements

- MBBS from an NMC-recognised institution.
- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission / State Medical Council.
- 1–3 years of clinical experience post-internship.
- General/Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Preventive/Lifestyle Medicine experience preferred.
- Completed Telemedicine Practice Guidelines training or willingness to complete it.
- Strong working knowledge of routine blood investigations.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Additional regional languages are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- PG Diploma/Certification in Family Medicine, Diabetology, Preventive Health, Lifestyle Medicine or Nutrition.
- Experience in teleconsultation, corporate wellness or preventive health check-up programmes.
- Comfortable with digital health tools, EMR systems and report dashboards.
- Interest in longevity, metabolic health and evidence-based lifestyle medicine.

- Evidence-based and cautious about over-claiming, over-testing or over-treating.

- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage, tech-enabled environment.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
