Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality patient care as an Ent Surgeon, ensuring excellent clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Conduct surgeries independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating expertise in ENT procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with other medical professionals to develop treatment plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, diagnoses, and treatments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-7 years of experience as an Ent Surgeon after completing MS/MD degree from a recognized institution.
- Robust knowledge of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
