Primary Responsibilities:
- Build automated reporting solutions that ingest, transform, validate and refresh data from multiple approved sources, reducing manual preparation while improving timeliness, consistency and traceability
- Create intuitive dashboards and concise executive narratives that connect operational measures to financial impact, employee experience, service outcomes, risk and strategic priorities
- Analyze IT asset inventory demand and supply across regions, sites, device types and business scenarios including new hires, break-fix, bulk requests, growth and expansion requirements
- Identify timing, capacity and inventory risks early; model scenarios and recommend actions that support continuous asset availability and resilient fulfillment
- Develop near-real-time IT asset management reporting for inventory position, aging, utilization, replenishment, allocation, exceptions and fulfillment performance
- Support budgeting and financial planning by tracking hardware spend, commitments, procurement requirements, forecast accuracy and variance to plan; translate findings into leadership actions
- Establish automated alerts, exception-based reporting and scheduled distribution so leaders receive the right information at the right cadence with minimal manual intervention
- Use AI-enabled capabilities and modern analytics techniques, where approved, to accelerate commentary generation, identify emerging patterns and improve the quality of management insights
- Document reporting logic, data definitions, workflows, controls and ownership to support continuity, auditability and sustainable adoption
- Coach stakeholders on self-service reporting and promote common standards for metrics, visualization, version control and insight communication
- AI User Responsibilities:
- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation
- Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements
Qualifications - External
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in executive reporting, business intelligence, analytics, reporting automation, financial or operational planning, or a comparable role
- Experience in IT asset inventory demand and supply across regions, sites, device types and business scenarios including new hires, break-fix, bulk requests, growth and expansion requirements
- Demonstrated success designing leadership dashboards, scorecards, operational review packs and strategic presentations for senior decision-makers
- Working knowledge of Power BI, Advanced Excel, SQL, VBA, and Python are required. Exposure to additional tools and technologies such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, SharePoint, APIs, cloud data platforms, and RPA will be considered an added advantage
- Advanced analytical capability across trend analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, scenario modeling, root-cause analysis and performance measurement
- Proven exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills, with the judgment to distinguish material insight from operational detail and communicate a clear leadership takeaway
- Demonstrates confident communication and stakeholder management skills across global operations, finance, procurement, supply chain and technology teams
- Ability to manage multiple recurring deliverables and improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience applying AI or Copilot capabilities to insight discovery, narrative generation, report development or workflow automation within enterprise controls
- Experience creating automated executive commentary, KPI monitoring, exception alerts and self-service analytics solutions
- Advanced Power BI capability, including data modeling, DAX, drill-through experiences, row-level security and performance-conscious dashboard design
- Understanding of budgeting, procurement cycles, demand and supply planning, inventory management and forecast accuracy
