Role Description
We're hiring a full-time, on-site Construction Engineer in Goa, India. You will oversee daily site activities, make sure work follows drawings and safety standards, monitor progress, conduct inspections, and solve technical issues. You'll update the supervisor on site progress, maintain progress sheets and site records, and work with project managers, contractors,
and site teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Construction Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building or infrastructure projects
- Able to read and work from construction drawings
- Valuable knowledge of Excel, with comfort in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of site safety, building codes, and quality control
- Experience coordinating heavy equipment on site
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work on-site in Goa
Working Hours and Pay
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Saturday work as required, paid as overtime
