Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a liaison between clients, business users, product teams, and development teams.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into application/configuration requirements.

- Configure workflows, business rules, reference data, user roles, permissions, and system settings.

- Coordinate with development teams on customizations, enhancements, integrations, and defect resolution.

- Perform data validation and analysis using SQL queries and database tools.

- Validate integrations and perform basic API testing using Postman.

- Manage user stories, tasks, defects, and delivery progress using Azure DevOps Boards and Jira.

- Facilitate requirement workshops, solution discussions, walkthroughs, demonstrations, and stakeholder meetings.

- Prepare implementation dashboards, reports, status updates, and project documentation.

- Support UAT planning, execution, issue tracking, and business-user coordination.





- Support user onboarding, release readiness, deployment coordination, and post-release activities.

- Analyze application and data-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

- Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

- Serve as a key point of contact between business stakeholders, clients, technical teams, and delivery teams.

- Conduct requirement discussions and translate business needs into actionable system requirements.

- Present solution approaches, configuration changes, demos, and implementation updates to stakeholders.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely communication on risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery status.
