Role Summary

We are seeking a visionary AI Research & Innovation Practitioner with deep expertise in Computer Vision to design novel algorithms, enhance advanced deep learning models, and translate breakthrough research into scalable enterprise solutions.

This role sits at the intersection of:

- Research-grade AI innovation

The ideal candidate is a PhD from a premier institute with demonstrated experience in advanced Computer Vision and production-ready AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

? Advanced AI Research

- Develop novel algorithms in Computer Vision and Deep Learning
- Enhance state-of-the-art vision models (CNNs, Vision Transformers, Diffusion models)
- Conduct and publish research in top-tier conferences (CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)

? Enterprise AI Translation





- Build scalable CV-based applications including:
- Image classification & segmentation
- Object detection & tracking
- Video analytics
- Healthcare imaging AI
- Industrial inspection systems

- Deploy AI pipelines on cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) or hybrid infrastructure

? Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Responsible AI teams
- Collaborate with academia
- Support enterprise delivery teams in AI adoption

? Innovation Leadership

- Mentor AI researchers & engineers
- Drive R&D; initiatives
- Contribute to patents and thought leadership

Must-Have Qualifications

- PhD in:
- Computer Science
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics / ECE
- AI / Data Science
- Mathematics / Statistics

- PhD from IITs / IISc / ISI / IIIT (mandatory)
- 12+ years of total experience
- Strong expertise in Computer Vision (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with:

- Deep Learning
- CNNs / Vision Transformers
- Image Processing
- Video Analytics

- Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow
