Role Overview

As a Computer Operator at MB Sons Jewellers, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day data entry, updating inventory systems, maintaining digitized records, and providing essential IT/admin support across departments to ensure smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter and update stock records, customer information, sales data, and supplier transactions in our internal software/ERP.
- Inventory & Billing Support: Coordinate with sales and inventory teams to create invoices, track daily stock movements, and generate sales reports.
- Record Keeping: Maintain neat, organized digital archives and backup files for daily transactions, correspondence, and operational records.
- Document Processing: Draft, format,



and manage official documents, emails, letters, and reports as required by management.
- System Maintenance: Ensure office computers, printers, and peripheral hardware are functioning properly and resolve basic IT/software issues.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High School / Higher Secondary Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: 13 years of experience as a Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator, or Office Assistant (experience in the retail or jewellery sector is a plus).

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fast and accurate typing speed in English (Knowledge of Hindi typing is an advantage).
- Familiarity with billing/accounting software (e.g., Tally) or inventory management systems.
- Key Traits: High attention to detail, strong organization skills, and absolute integrity when handling sensitive client and inventory data.
