Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Computer Hardware Technician role located in the Pune Division. The Technician will be responsible for maintaining desktop computers, performing hardware repairs and upgrades, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing hardware and printer support.
The role requires hands-on engagement with IT systems to ensure smooth operations and functionality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Computer Maintenance
- Experience with Troubleshooting and resolving technical hardware issues
- Expertise in Hardware Support and Printer Support
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site in a team-oriented workplace
- Basic knowledge of sustainable IT practices is a plus
- Diploma or equivalent certification in IT, Computer Science, or related fields preferred
- Relevant experience in hardware repair and maintenance is highly desirable
