– GST & TDS Compliance Executive

Location: Marine Lines, Mumbai

Industry: Chartered Accountancy Firm

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month based on experience.

About the Role

DNA & Associates, a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm based in Marine Lines, Mumbai, is looking for an experienced GST & TDS Compliance Professional who can independently manage and execute various taxation and accounting compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GST returns.
- Manage TDS compliance, including calculation, deduction, payment, returns and related documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly and annual statutory compliances.
- Reconcile GST data, books of accounts and relevant financial records.
- Handle GST/TDS queries and assist in resolving compliance-related issues.
- Support clients with day-to-day accounting and taxation requirements.
- Prepare MIS, reconciliation statements and other reports as required.
- Work extensively on MS Excel for data analysis, reconciliation and reporting.
- Use accounting software for accounting,



compliance and financial reporting activities.
- Coordinate with clients and internal team members for required information and documentation.
- Occasional visits to client locations may be required as part of the role.

Required Skills & Experience

- Robust practical experience in GST and TDS compliances is mandatory.
- Good understanding of GST returns, reconciliations and TDS returns.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, data handling and reporting.
- Experience with Tally and/or other accounting software.
- Strong accounting fundamentals and attention to detail.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple client assignments and meet compliance deadlines.
- Candidates with experience in a CA firm will be preferred.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / relevant accounting or taxation qualification.
- Relevant experience in GST, TDS and accounting compliance will be given preference.
