ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Compliance & Assurance Execution
- Perform ongoing monitoring of cybersecurity controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Support the implementation of the cyber compliance framework and assurance practices across the organisation.

- Continuous Controls Monitoring

- Execute the continuous controls monitoring strategy, including scheduling, testing, and reporting.
- Identify gaps or weaknesses in control performance and escalate remediation actions.

- Regulatory & Standards Compliance

- Assist in compliance activities for frameworks such as NIS2, SWIFT CSP, PCI-DSS, and internal governance requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of compliance evidence and audit trails.

- Risk Assessment & Reporting

- Support periodic cyber risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and emerging risks.
- Prepare reports on compliance and assurance outcomes for senior stakeholders and governance forums.

- Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work with IT, Security, Risk, and Audit teams to ensure timely remediation of compliance issues.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulators during assessments or reviews.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

ESSENTIAL

Experience Required

- Experience in cybersecurity compliance, assurance, and risk management activities (8+ years).
- Experience managing and communicating with global teams.
- Experience assessing cyber risks of projects, vendors and technologies.
- Experience with and understanding of cyber security management, technologies, architecture and audits.

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (NIS2, SWIFT CSP, PCI-DSS) and industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST).
- Proven ability to design and implement compliance frameworks and continuous control monitoring strategies.
- Audit experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

- Bachelor’s degree in related area; Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance and Accounting
- BENEFICIAL

- Skilled certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are highly desirable.
