Community Manager — Everhome Cafe

Role Overview The Community Manager at Everhome is responsible for building and nurturing the Everhome community through guest relationships, events, experiences, cultural programming and marketing support.

This is a highly people-facing role for someone who understands hospitality, has a natural sense of people and culture, and can turn an idea into an experience at Everhome.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage guest relations and build strong relationships with regulars, new guests, creators, artists and the local community.
- Be the face of Everhome’s community experience, ensuring guests feel welcomed, engaged and connected to the space.
- Plan and execute community events, cultural experiences, workshops, collaborations and activations at Everhome.
- Curate ideas around art, music, food, culture, wellness, conversations and community that are relevant to Everhome.
- Coordinate with artists, creators, brands, communities and external partners for events and collaborations.
- Assist the marketing team with content ideas, event promotions, social media requirements and on-ground activations.
- Maintain an events and community calendar, including planning, timelines, partnerships and execution.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations and community partnerships that can drive footfall and engagement.
- Support the team during events and ensure everything is executed smoothly on-ground.
- Track guest feedback,



community responses and event performance and use these insights to improve future programming.
- Maintain a database/network of regular guests, communities, creators, artists and collaborators.
- Work closely with the Cafe Manager and marketing team to align community initiatives with Everhome’s business and brand objectives.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in community management, hospitality, events, lifestyle, marketing, F&B; or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-spoken, confident and comfortable interacting with different kinds of people.
- Well-groomed and polished, with a robust sense of personal presentation.
- Naturally social, approachable and good at building genuine relationships.
- Strong organisational and execution skills — able to take an idea from concept → planning → execution.
- Good understanding of culture, lifestyle, events, social media and current trends.
- Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple things at once.
- Comfortable being hands-on during events and community initiatives.
- A genuine interest in people, experiences, food, culture and hospitality.

The Person We’re looking for someone who likes people, knows how to host, understands culture and gets things done.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
