Role Overview

We’re looking for a Community Manager to oversee daily workspace operations, engage with members, and ensure a seamless experience across our workspace.

Location: Kolkata

Experience: 1–3 Years

Notice Period: Immediate / 15–20 days preferred

Key Responsibilities





- Manage day-to-day workspace operations
- Engage with members and build a strong community
- Organize events and activities
- Handle member queries and resolve concerns
- Manage vendor coordination and manpower staff
- Ensure the workspace is well-maintained and productive
- Act as the first point of escalation for clients

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in community management / customer service
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Hospitality or related field
- Experience in real estate or co-working industry is a plus
