Preferred candidate profile
- 3- 4 years of experience in a communications administration, telecom operations, or IT operations role
- Experience managing end-to-end requests across multiple vendors and internal stakeholders simultaneously
- Familiarity with telecom expense management platforms or similar asset and circuit management tools
- Experience with mobile device administration provisioning, lifecycle management, and carrier coordination
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to record-keeping — accuracy in MDSL and system updates is critical
- Positive written and verbal English communication skills — regular interaction with stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently as a standalone regional resource while remaining closely integrated with a global team
- Ability to manage competing priorities and follow up proactively without supervision
