Role Overview:

Responsible for food preparation and cooking while ensuring quality, consistency, hygiene, and smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle assigned kitchen section and complete mise en place.
- Prepare dishes as per standard recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and workstation cleanliness.
- Follow kitchen SOPs, food safety, FIFO, and storage practices.
- Support and guide junior kitchen team members when required.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a qualified kitchen.
- Good knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service.

Commis 2

Role Overview:

Support the kitchen team in food preparation, cooking, and service while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with mise en place and food preparation.
- Support senior chefs during preparation and service.
- Follow recipes, portioning, and quality standards.
- Maintain workstation cleanliness and proper food storage.
- Follow kitchen SOPs, food safety, and FIFO practices.





Requirements:

- Previous kitchen experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Commis 3

Role Overview:

An entry-level kitchen role supporting the team with basic preparation, mise en place, and daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with basic food preparation and mise en place.
- Perform cutting, cleaning, portioning, and ingredient preparation.
- Support senior chefs during preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation.
- Follow food safety, storage, FIFO, and kitchen SOPs.

Requirements:

- Freshers or candidates with prior kitchen experience can apply.
- Culinary/hospitality training is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹17,800.00 - ₹23,800.00 per month
