- Individual is responsible for day-to-day Site Supervision of Turnkey Interior Fit-Out Projects

- Work directly with Architects &
- Clients based on Project needs

- Project Scheduling &

- Monitoring, report back to Management &
- Client of Key Milestones

- Ensuring All Projects are delivered within Budget / Time / Quality

- Independent in-charge of One or more Project Sites

- Derive Bill Of Materials (BOM) from Project BOQ

- Ensuring project execution is in-line with drawings &

- BOQ's

- Raising Indents to Purchase Department & ensuring delivered material is to specifications

- Support QS in Billing Activity

- Complete Project Snag List &

- Ensuring Project Closure in all aspects

- Includes 30% of travel across Pan India.

- Preferably Engineering background

- Salary package offer will be based on Experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
