Role Description The College Partnerships Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, NY. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with colleges and academic institutions to support Netram Eye Foundation’s outreach, internship, and training initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential partner institutions, initiating contact with college administrators and faculty, conducting presentations, and negotiating partnership terms.

The role involves maintaining ongoing relationships, coordinating joint programs and events, tracking partnership performance, and preparing reports and recommendations for leadership.





The College Partnerships

Manager will collaborate with clinical, outreach, and communications teams to align college partnerships with the foundation’s mission and growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Ability to build and manage strong Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships with colleges and academic institutions.
- Account Management skills for nurturing long-term institutional relationships and ensuring mutual value.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess partnership opportunities, measure outcomes, and inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Experience in education outreach, institutional relations, or nonprofit partnerships is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Education, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Interest in healthcare access, community service, or eye care initiatives is an advantage.
