? ROLE OVERVIEW

As our College Partnerships & Success Manager, you will be the foundational bridge between Code2Hire and higher-education institutions.

This is a remote role with travel required only when visiting partner colleges for stakeholder meetings, demos, campus events, or MoU signings (all official travel expenses are fully covered). You will spearhead institutional outreach, connect with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) and department heads, deliver compelling product demos, and orchestrate collegiate coding contests.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Institutional Outreach & Tie-ups:

- Identify, map, and connect with engineering colleges, universities, and polytechnic institutes.
- Build trusted relationships with TPOs, Deans, HODs (CSE/IT), and student placement cells.




- Facilitate formal campus partnerships, MoUs, and placement training collaborations.

2. Presentations & Product Demos:

- Deliver high-impact product walkthroughs to college directors, faculty, and placement teams.
- Clearly demonstrate how Code2Hire elevates student placements and institutional rankings.
- Handle stakeholder queries and align offerings with academic schedules.

3. Contests & Campus Events:

- Coordinate college-wide coding contests, grand prix challenges, and technical workshops.
- Collaborate with student clubs and campus ambassadors to drive high participation.
- Manage event communication, leaderboards, and certificate distribution.

4. Student Success & Feedback:

- Monitor student engagement and challenge completion rates across partner campuses.
- Gather feedback from faculty and students to feed back into our product roadmap.

? CANDIDATE PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Have Competencies:

- 0–2 Years Experience: Recent graduates who held active college leadership roles (Placement Coordinators, Fest Heads, E-Cell leaders, Student Council) OR early professionals with experience in EdTech BD, university relations, or campus partnerships.
- Exceptional Communication: Articulate, confident,



and persuasive in communicating with senior academic leaders (Directors, TPOs, HODs).
- Relationship Builder: High empathy, proactive outreach, and disciplined follow-ups.
- Startup Mindset & High Ownership: Independent, resourceful, and excited about building from the ground up.

Preferred Background & Setup:

- Prior exposure to college partnerships, B2B education sales, or campus community management is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, BSc, or equivalent).
- Campus Mobility: Open and comfortable traveling on-ground whenever a college meeting, MoU signing, or campus event is scheduled (all transit, stay, and travel expenses fully reimbursed).

You do not need to write code or have a programming background. What matters most is your ability to understand placement challenges, communicate value clearly, and build trusted relationships with academic leaders.
