Job Title: Recovery / Collection Executive Location: Gurugram Experience Required: 1 to 4 Years Job Overview We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Recovery / Collection Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling delinquent accounts, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining positive customer relationships while achieving recovery targets. Key Responsibilities Follow up with customers for overdue payments through calls and field visits (if required).

Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues as per company policies. Negotiate repayment plans and resolve customer payment issues. Maintain accurate collection records and update the system regularly.





Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution and account reconciliation. Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines during recovery activities.

Requirements Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in Recovery and Collections. Experience in Payday Loans, NBFC, Personal Loans, will be preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
