About the Role

We are looking for confident, communicative, and target-driven Collection Process Agent Executives to join our collections team. You will contact customers regarding overdue payments, understand their situation, and motivate them to clear dues on time, all while maintaining professionalism and following compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers with overdue or pending payments (loans, credit cards, EMIs, bills, etc.)

Explain outstanding amounts, due dates, and consequences of non-payment clearly and politely

Understand the customer's reason for non-payment and negotiate suitable payment commitments

Follow up persistently to secure Promise-to-Pay (PTP) and ensure timely conversion into actual payment

Update accurate call notes, dispositions, and customer information in the CRM or dialer system

Handle customer objections and difficult conversations calmly and professionally

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets and recovery ratios

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate in any stream (graduates preferred)

Excellent verbal communication in English

Robust negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, CRM navigation)

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Good listening skills, patience, and a professional attitude





Willingness to work from the office and in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Candidate Profile

Prior experience in collections, telecalling, customer support, or BPO (banking, NBFC, fintech, or credit card process)

Familiarity with collection terms such as DPD, PTP, roll-back, and bucket management

Stable work history and immediate joiners preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Fixed salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month

Performance incentive: Monthly incentive linked to collection targets and recovery performance (up to ₹5,000 to ₹15,000 per month or more for top performers)

Additional bonuses for exceeding targets
