Position Title: Collection Executive – 0 to 30 Bucket

Reporting To: Assistant Manager/Team Leader – 0 to 30 Bucket

Department: Collections Current

Purpose of the Role To execute recovery efforts for overdue accounts in the 0-30 days bucket through field visits, customer follow-ups, and resolution of disputes.

Accountabilities (Key Result Areas)

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Field Recovery Operations:

- Conduct door-to-door visits to customers and negotiate repayment terms.
- Normalize overdue accounts.
- Religiously follow Company's Cash Deposition Policy
- Ensure that Collection Code of Conduct is followed in spirit
- Promote Digital Collections

2. Customer Education and Engagement:

- Educate customers on repayment terms and consequences of delinquency.




- Maintain skilled relationships to encourage timely payments.

3. Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of recovery activities and report daily progress.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Knowledge:

- Basic understanding of collection processes and customer engagement practices.

Skills:

1. Negotiation and Communication:

- Ability to handle customer objections effectively.

2. Time Management:

- Prioritize high-risk accounts for immediate action.

Experience:

- 0-2 years in collections or field recovery roles.
