We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator for our Production Department. The candidate will be responsible for operating the Coating Machine and carrying out machine changeover activities as per production requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the Coating Machine as per production schedule and requirements.
- Perform machine setup and changeover for different products/batches.
- Ensure proper machine operation and smooth running during production.
- Monitor machine parameters and make necessary adjustments during operation.
- Carry out basic machine cleaning and routine checks before and after production.
- Identify and report machine-related issues or abnormalities to the concerned supervisor/maintenance team.
- Follow production instructions, SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Maintain required production and machine operation records.
- Ensure minimum downtime and wastage during machine operation and changeover.
- Maintain cleanliness and valuable housekeeping around the machine and production area.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams whenever required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in machine operation.
- Experience in Coating Machine operation and changeover is preferred.
- Good understanding of machine handling, setup and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to follow production procedures and safety requirements.
- Responsible, disciplined and comfortable working in a production environment.
