- Coordinate with the sales team, schools, distributors, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Manage sales orders, stock availability, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate timely replenishment of books.
- Track pending orders, backorders, returns, shortages, and replacements.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for stock planning and allocation.
- Prepare sales, inventory, order, and dispatch MIS reports.
- Follow up with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Support smooth order fulfilment and productive supply chain operations.
