Role Description The Co-Founder role at PRYONX is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves leading business development activities, identifying new markets and customer segments, and building strategic partnerships. The Co-Founder will collaborate on product strategy, refine value propositions, and support market research to inform key decisions.

Daily responsibilities include overseeing core operations, coordinating with team members, and managing resources to ensure progress toward business milestones. The role also requires active involvement in sales and marketing initiatives,



representing the company to stakeholders, and contributing to fundraising and investor relations as the venture grows.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and aptitude for data-driven decision making.
- Excellent Communication skills for internal collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and presentations.
- Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, relationship management, and closing deals.
- Marketing capabilities, including market positioning, brand building, and campaign planning.
- Research skills to assess markets, competitors, and customer needs.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
- Demonstrated leadership, ownership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in startup environments or early-stage ventures is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage but not mandatory.
- Comfort with on-site collaboration in Bhubaneswar and readiness to contribute across multiple functions.
