Job Title: CNG Executive

Department: CNG - Operations

Reports To: GA Head

Job Summary The CNG Executive is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of CNG stations, ensuring uninterrupted gas supply, compliance with safety standards, and effective customer service. The role may also involve coordination with suppliers, monitoring sales performance, and implementing operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management
- Monitor daily operations of CNG stations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with Operations and maintenance staff.

1. Track LCV Monitoring.

- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of compressors, dispensers, and related equipment.

- Customer Service and Sales

- Monitor customer satisfaction and manage complaints effectively.
- Track daily sales of CNG stations in GA.

1. Prepare and process O&M; bills for CNG stations (company-owned, dealer-operated, and CNG Service Vendors).
2. Verify vendor invoices, service reports, and supporting documents.

Ensure billing accuracy as per contract terms, work orders, and rate schedules.
4. Maintain a billing tracker and update status on bill submission, approval, and payment.
5. Coordination with finance and accounts department for timely processing of vendor invoice.

1. Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Such as - Compressor parameters analysis, GPS, DPR and Breakdown Sheet.
- Prepare Gas Loss for CNG Stations
- Maintain logs for equipment, maintenance, and safety audits.
- Support management in data analysis and business planning.

Qualifications and Skills

- Education: Diploma/Graduate.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in CNG operations – CGD business.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of CNG station operations and equipment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Well conversant with SAP – MM and PM module.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
