Co-Founder / Strategic Business Partner – IT & EdTech

Judah Code Technologies is an IT and EdTech company building technology-driven products, services, and solutions for businesses and the education ecosystem.

We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented Co-Founder / Strategic Business Partner to join us for a long-term collaboration and help build the next phase of the company.

This is not a conventional employment role. We are looking for someone who wants to actively participate in building the business and can contribute through experience, investment, industry connections, opportunities, sales, marketing, partnerships, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute business growth strategies with the founding team.
- Identify new IT and EdTech opportunities, markets, products, and revenue streams.
- Build relationships with clients, corporates, educational institutions, investors, and strategic partners.
- Identify and develop new business and investment opportunities.
- Support sales, business development, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Develop marketing and brand-building initiatives.
- Explore strategic partnerships and institutional collaborations.
- Research emerging technologies, market trends, customer needs, and competitors.
- Work with technical and business teams to turn ideas into viable products and services.
- Represent Judah Code Technologies at business meetings, conferences, events, and networking opportunities.
- Contribute to strategic, operational, and financial decisions.
- Help build teams, processes,



and systems for sustainable growth.

Sales and marketing experience is highly appreciated, especially experience with B2B clients, educational institutions, corporate relationships, or technology products/services. A strong professional network and the ability to identify and generate genuine business opportunities will be a significant advantage.

Investment & Partnership

- Investment is an important part of this Co-Founder opportunity.
- The selected Co-Founder should have the willingness and financial capability to invest in the company's growth, or facilitate access to suitable investors and strategic capital.
- We are looking for more than a financial contributor. The ideal partner can bring a combination of:

Tiruchirappalli (Trichy) & Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu The role will involve collaboration across both locations and travel when required for clients, institutions, investors, partnerships, and business development.
