Role Summary

You will join Daneen Biotherapeutics as a Co‑Founder with investment, helping build India’s first integrated Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) enablement platform—spanning regulated logistics, hospital empanelment, therapy coordination, and ecosystem orchestration. This role is for someone who wants true ownership, strategic influence, and the prospect to shape a national‑scale biotherapeutics company alongside the Founder & CEO.

What You Will Lead

- Company Building & Strategy
- Co‑own the vision, roadmap, and execution of Daneen Bio’s CGT enablement platform.
- Drive expansion across India and GCC, including hospital partnerships, therapy onboarding, and regulatory pathways.
- Shape fundraising strategy, investor relations, and long‑term governance.
- Operational Leadership
- Build and scale regulated logistics, cold‑chain operations, and therapy coordination workflows.
- Strengthen multi‑stakeholder partnerships with hospitals, CGT companies, CROs, and regulators.
- Oversee compliance, quality systems, and operational excellence across all nodes.
- Business Growth & Ecosystem Development
- Lead commercial strategy, pricing models, and revenue pathways.
- Drive empanelment of hospitals and onboarding of advanced therapies (CAR‑T, gene therapies, immunotherapies).
- Represent Daneen Bio in India/GCC ecosystem-building initiatives.
- Team & Culture
- Build high‑performance teams across operations, clinical coordination, logistics, and partnerships.
- Foster a mission-driven culture focused on patient impact, safety, and innovation.

What You Bring

- Experience in healthcare, biotech, logistics, pharma operations, or regulated industries.
- Ability to operate in high-stakes, compliance-heavy environments.
- Strong network across hospitals, biotech, investors, or GCC healthcare ecosystem.
- Preferred:
- Experience in CGT, biologics, clinical operations, or advanced therapies.
- Prior startup leadership or co‑founder experience.
- Exposure to CGT India & GCC healthcare markets (Oman ,UAE, KSA, Qatar).
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (CDSCO, ICMR, GMP, GCP).
