Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, highly driven Co-founder & Marketing Director to architect and execute our global marketing strategy. In this leadership role, you will build and promote our brand presence across all 14 business verticals, driving customer acquisition and scaling our market footprint internationally.

Key Responsibilities

- Global Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to 20 international markets, positioning fingertipstech as an industry leader across all 14 verticals.
- AI-Driven Marketing Automation:



Leverage advanced digital marketing tools and AI-driven workflows to automate repetitive marketing tasks, optimize lead generation, and maximize ROI.
- Brand Positioning & Scaling: Spearhead go-to-market strategies for cutting-edge offerings such as AI agents, cybersecurity solutions, AI-powered corporate law services, and virtual C-suite offerings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with business expansion goals, supporting executive HR automation and mentorship programs.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree.
- Experience: 7 to 10 years of extensive marketing experience, with a strong preference for background knowledge and hands-on exposure in AI, AI automation, digital marketing ecosystems, and cyber security.
- Work Ethic: Exceptionally hardworking, resilient, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multi-vertical global startup ecosystem.
- Global Acumen: Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and understanding diverse consumer behaviors across international markets, including India.
