We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Operator to operate CNC machines, ensure accurate production as per drawings and specifications, and maintain quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Set and adjust machine parameters, tools, and offsets.
- Perform basic inspection of components using measuring instruments.
- Ensure production output meets required quality standards.
- Identify and report machine or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow safety procedures.
- Complete production and inspection records accurately.
Skills & Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification.
- Experience in CNC machine operation is preferred.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machine setting and tool offset.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to work in shifts.
