JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for CNC Operators to support machining and production activities. Freshers with a Mechanical Engineering or related qualification can apply. The role involves operating CNC machines, basic inspection, following production instructions, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operate CNC machines according to production requirements.
- Load and unload components and materials.
- Follow engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Monitor machining operations during production.
- Perform basic dimensional checks on machined components.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
- Identify basic machining or dimensional issues and report them to the supervisor.




- Assist senior operators with machine operation and production activities.
- Follow prescribed machining parameters and safety procedures.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and workplace housekeeping.
- Report machine abnormalities and quality issues.
- Work according to assigned production schedules and shifts.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Mechanical Engineering or related mechanical qualification.
- Freshers are eligible.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machine operations and machining concepts.
- Ability to understand basic engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of dimensional measurement.
- Familiarity with Vernier Caliper and Micrometer is preferred.
- Good attention to accuracy and quality.
- Willingness to learn CNC operation and manufacturing processes.
- Willingness to work in a production/machining environment.
