CNC Machine Operator

We are hiring CNC Machine Operators for manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines as per production requirements and work instructions.
- Load and unload components properly into the CNC machine.
- Perform basic machine setting and tool adjustments as required.
- Check component dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer and gauges.
- Identify dimensional and visual defects during production.
- Follow the given drawing, specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain proper production and inspection records.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining product quality.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and workplace discipline.
- Follow all safety procedures while operating CNC machinery.
- Report machine abnormalities, tool wear and quality issues to the Supervisor.
- Ensure proper handling of components to avoid damage.
- Follow company procedures and instructions for safe and efficient production.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification:



ITI / Diploma
- Preferred trades: Fitter / Mechanical / Production / Automobile / related technical trades
- CNC operating experience is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant ITI/Diploma qualification can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and engineering components.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Good attention to detail and discipline.
