Roles and Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines, VMCs, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.

- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and results achieved.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-9 years of experience in CNC Maintenance or related field (Machine Shop Maintenance).

- Diploma or B.Tech degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Mechanical Engineering).

- Robust understanding of GDC principles and practices; knowledge of machine shop operations an asset.

- Proficiency in operating various types of CNC machines (VMC) as well as conventional machining techniques.
