Role & responsibilities
- Operating the CNC machines in line with Work Instruction, Process sheet, drawings , control plan etc.,
- To achieve production targets with required quality specifications.
- Responsible for updating the Process monitoring sheet, tool monitoring sheet and other production logs.
- Responsible to operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing as per the Work instructions and production plan.
- To ensure proper handling, storage & preservation of components available in shop.
- Follow safety procedures and work instructions for personal and equipment safety.
- Work under the guidance of Supervisor/Manager to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates with Diploma/ITI/SSC qualificatin with min. of 5 Years experience as CNC operator in production line
