CNC Machine Operator
Education: ITI (Any Technical Stream)
Experience: 0-4 Years
Skill Required:
1. Basic knowledge about machine concept and application.
2. Read the drawing and understand the dimensions, tolerance and required features of the job. Identify key process such as hole, slot, pocket, radius, degree etc.
3. Tool selection and tool set up like, tool length, tool diameter, offset set up according to job.
4. Job set up on the machine.
5. Ability to use measuring instrument and measuring method.
6. Understanding the machine parameter set- up like, feed rate, spindle speed etc.
7. Ability to understand and fill up operations documents like, production report, job cards, check sheets.
