:

- Operate CNC Turning / VMC machines as per production requirements.

- Load and unload components safely.

- Follow work instructions, drawings and process sheets.

- Perform basic dimensional inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, etc.

- Monitor machine operation, tool condition and component quality.

- Maintain 5S, safety and housekeeping standards.

- Report machine abnormalities, tool wear and quality issues to the Supervisor.

- Follow production and quality targets.

Qualification:

- ITI – Fitter / Machinist / Turner / CNC-related trade

- Diploma – Mechanical / Production preferred

- 0–1 year experience in CNC/VMC manufacturing preferred.

- Freshers with relevant ITI/Diploma can also apply.

Skills:

- Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC operation

- Basic drawing reading

- Measuring instruments knowledge

- Willingness to work in shifts

- Good safety awareness
