Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Maintain CNC machines, motors, drives, sensors, and control panels.
- Identify and rectify machine faults to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine inspections and equipment servicing.
- Maintain maintenance records and prepare breakdown reports.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Experience in CNC machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of CNC machines, PLCs, electrical circuits, and control panels.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Familiarity with CNC machines such as DMG MORI, Doosan, and Mori Seiki is an advantage.
