Position: CNC EDM/Wire EDM Operator cum Programmer Location: IMT Manesar, Haryana

Role Overview:

- We are looking for an experienced CNC EDM/Wire EDM Operator cum Programmer to join our team at our manufacturing facility
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently operating & programming CNC EDM/Wire EDM machines to produce high-precision components and parts based on technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC EDM/Wire EDM machines to manufacture precision components, moulds, dies, and tooling as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and GD&T; requirements to ensure accurate machining.
- Load, verify, and execute CNC programs, making necessary parameter adjustments to optimize machining performance.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality compliance.
- Perform routine machine cleaning, preventive maintenance,



and basic troubleshooting to ensure optimum machine performance and minimize downtime.
- Maintain production records, inspection reports, machine logs, and other documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Adhere to all quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and 5S housekeeping practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- ITI in Machinist, Tool & Die Maker, Fitter, or a related technical trade; or
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Tool Engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Solid knowledge of CNC EDM/Wire EDM machine setup and operation.
- Knowledge of CAD Software.
- Understanding of EDM machining principles, spark erosion processes, and electrode management.
- Familiarity with CNC programming fundamentals and machine parameter adjustments.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.

Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in operating EDM machines.
- Experience in precision tooling, mould, die, or manufacturing industries preferred.
- Ready for working in both shifts (Day & Night)
