1. Review and evaluate an MFIs activity to maintain or improve the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management, internal controls, and corporate governance.
2.



Organizing and conducting Audit in branches.
3. Evaluating the reliability, adequacy, and effectiveness of accounting, operating, and administrative controls.
4. Ensuring that the branch’s internal controls result in prompt and accurate recording of transactions and proper safeguarding of assets.
5. Determining whether branches comply with laws and regulations and adherence to established policies.
6. Reporting and Communicating Audit Results to the seniors.
7. Monitoring and following up of audit recommendations.

Skills

1. Should enjoy working in Rural areas.
2. Should be open to frequent travels.
3. Honesty and dedication towards work
4. Should have Analytical skill to assess Borrower Eligibility
5. Should be proactive to bring in creative approaches in the Dept.
6. Should be proficient in MS Office
7. Should have knowledge in accounting.

Education Qualification

BCOM, MCOM, MBA in Finance

Experience-

Experience: Minimum 4-10 Years of Experience in Micro-finance
