Cloud Platform Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Platform Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to design, build, automate, and support large-scale cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps practices, automation, observability, and reliability engineering within cloud-native environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud platforms.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and platform automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation frameworks.
- Drive platform reliability, availability, performance, and disaster recovery initiatives.
- Monitor platform health using observability and monitoring tools, ensuring proactive incident management.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to enhance platform operations.
- Support production incidents, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.
- Implement cloud governance, security controls, and operational best practices.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Cloud Platform Engineering,



Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized workloads.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, or ELK.
- Strong scripting skills using Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
- Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Good understanding of networking, security, and cloud governance.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services environments.
- Knowledge of SRE principles, SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets.
- Exposure to cloud-native architectures and platform engineering practices.
- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) are an added advantage.

Interview Criteria
- Candidate availability for interview slots must be between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
- Solid hands-on cloud engineering and platform support experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred.
