Job Summary

We are seeking a Cloud & Network Security Engineer with hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), cloud security, and enterprise network operations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in managing cloud infrastructure, implementing security controls, administering Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Load Balancers, and supporting Zscaler security solutions in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and administer Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services.
- Configure and maintain OCI Networking, Load Balancers, and Web Application Firewall (WAF).
- Implement and manage cloud security policies and network access controls.
- Administer Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC).
- Monitor cloud infrastructure and security events in a 24x7 operational setting.
- Perform incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis,



and issue resolution.
- Execute infrastructure upgrades, patching, and change management activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high availability, security, and performance of enterprise cloud environments.
- Maintain operational documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards and SLAs.
