Job Summary

Responsible for administration, support, monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization and implementation of Microsoft Azure infrastructure and platform services while ensuring SLA compliance, security and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Deploy Azure Iaas/PaaS service like VMs, AKS, VNETs, NSGs etc using Terraform
- Manage Azure IaaS/PaaS resources including VMs, VMSS, VNets, NSGs, Azure Firewall, Load Balancer, Application Gateway, App Services, AKS, Azure SQL, Storage and Key Vault.
- Monitor Azure using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Application Insights.
- Troubleshoot complex L2 incidents and perform RCA.
- Manage Entra ID, RBAC, Conditional Access and security controls.
- Implement Azure Backup and ASR.
- Support migrations, patching, DR drills and performance optimization.
- Automate using PowerShell, Azure CLI,



ARM/Bicep or Terraform.
- Collaborate with L3 engineers and architects.
- Maintain documentation and ensure SLA adherence.
