Roles and Responsibilities :

- - Support day-to-day clinical implementation, training and operational activities at hospital locations.

- Conduct hospital staff orientation, product training, refresher sessions and competency assessments.

- Support implementation of clinical workflows, SOPs and new product/features at hospital sites.

- Identify training gaps and provide field inputs for improving training content and operational processes.

- Coordinate with hospital and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and training delivery.

- Maintain accurate documentation, required trackers, training, and related activities.

Job Requirements :

- 0-10 years of experience in a related field such as nursing education or travel nursing.

- Robust understanding of clinical practices and protocols in the medical services/hospital industry.

- Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to non-technical audiences.

- Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs) systems.
