? Provide friendly and professional customer support to parents and new enquiries via phone and in-person interactions.

? Assist with inquiries related to admissions, schedules, registration and general information.

? Guide prospective students and parents through the enrollment process, providing information on available classes, fees structure and guidelines.

? Coordinate with Operations Manager & Art Instructors to address parents needs, schedule changes, and other issues as they arise.

? Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive outcome and maintaining customer satisfaction.

? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

? Assist with marketing efforts by promoting institute events, workshops and exhibitions to current and prospective students.





? Stay up-to-date on institute policies, procedures, and program offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

? Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

? Graduate

? Proficiency in Computers and ability to work on Microsoft Office & Excel

? Previous experience in customer services or related field, preferably in an educational or arts organisation

? Command over written & verbal communication skills

? Friendly and Professional communication

? Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a quick paced environment

Salary: 18000 to 22000

Note: We will prefer candidates living in a radius of 6 to 10 kms of Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi : 110024
