Role Description The Client Servicing role at Xponic Experiences is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The person in this role will manage client relationships, understand brand objectives, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver experiential marketing campaigns, events, and activations.

Daily responsibilities include handling client communication, gathering and clarifying requirements, preparing proposals and presentations, and ensuring timely execution of projects.



The role also involves monitoring project budgets, tracking deliverables, resolving client concerns, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaboration with creative, operations, and finance teams is essential to ensure smooth project delivery and long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing skills, including experience in Client Services and Customer Service.
- Excellent Communication abilities, with a focus on clarity, active listening, and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated commitment to Customer Satisfaction, including handling feedback and building lasting relationships.
- Basic understanding of Finance related to project budgeting, cost tracking, and invoicing.
- Prior experience in events, experiential marketing, or agency environments is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
