Role Description The Client Services Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role involves serving as a primary point of contact for client organizations, responding to inquiries, and guiding them in the effective use of UEIBI’s EMPLOYEE REVIEW SYSTEM. The representative will handle client onboarding, explain product features, resolve service-related issues, and ensure timely follow-up on support requests.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records,



coordinating with internal teams (such as product and finance) to address client needs, and monitoring client satisfaction levels. The role also includes preparing basic reports, sharing feedback for service improvement, and contributing to a positive and professional client experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through responsive support, problem-solving, and follow-up.
- Basic understanding of Finance concepts relevant to invoicing, billing, and client account coordination.
- Relevant experience in client-facing roles, preferably in SaaS, HR-tech, or professional services.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Gurgaon and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
