Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Client Services Intern at TenseAi. The intern will support day-to-day client interactions, assist in resolving customer inquiries, and help ensure timely, accurate responses through email, chat, and virtual meetings.

Responsibilities include gathering client requirements, documenting feedback, coordinating with product and technical teams,



and monitoring client satisfaction metrics. The intern will help prepare basic reports, maintain client records, and contribute to improving service processes and support documentation. This role offers exposure to AI-driven products and an opportunity to learn how client services operate in a rapid-paced, privacy-focused technology environment.

Qualifications

- Client Services and Customer Service skills to support users, manage inquiries, and assist with issue resolution.
- Strong Communication skills to interact with clients clearly, professionally, and empathetically.
- Customer Satisfaction focus to understand user needs, gather feedback, and contribute to service improvements.
- Basic Finance awareness to understand billing, subscriptions, or simple account-related queries.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms.
- Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work independently with guidance from mentors.
- Interest in AI, SaaS products, or technology-driven businesses; prior internship or project experience is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
