Hiring: Client Sales Executive – US Staffing (Non-IT)

We are looking for a Client Sales Executive to join our growing US staffing & recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong US voice/calling experience, lead-generation skills, and the ability to build relationships with US clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective US clients Generate, qualify,
and follow up on leads Identify new business opportunities for non-IT staffing & recruitment Build and maintain relationships with US clients Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team Maintain sales pipelines and follow-ups Work collaboratively using Agile ways of working Requirements
Experience in US voice process / outbound calling / B2 B sales Robust English communication and client-handling skills Experience in lead generation and cold calling US staffing/recruitment sales experience is preferred Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment Willingness to work the 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST shift Remote Opportunity | US Client Exposure | Performance Incentives | Growth Opportunities
