Job Role- Client Relationship Manager Job Responsibilities-What you will do  Exploring and developing current business opportunities in the market  Effective performing market Research in regards to the industry.  Tracking all events, seminars, and conferences in which HR professionals participate & Mining your Existing Clients.  Regular interaction and relationship building with the Hiring Managers and HR Team of clients.  Develop and manage marketing programs targeting prospective clients including events, public relations, and direct marketing.  Search & filtration of prospective clients, presentation & discussion of proposal, negotiation & closure of deals.  Understanding of Social Media Networking.  Able to represent the organization on platforms like NHRD, ERA, and Forms.  Maintaining Work Flow on ERP. Requirements-What you will need  Any female MBA (HR or Marketing) /Graduate fresher to 1 year of experience with excellent written & verbal Communication.  Positive judgment and interpersonal skills  Highly engaged & efficient.
